YOU GOT SERVED!

According to TMZ.com, Lindsay Lohan just got served with a lawsuit while at the Courthouse for her probation hearing.  She was in the elevator at the courthouse around 8:25 this morning when a process server attempted to serve her with legal documents for a lawsuit filed by a company called “Tough as Nails” which owns “Church Boutique”.  Apparently Lindsanity didn’t pay a $17k bill.
According to the Process Server, she “freaked out” in the elevator and refused to take the documents so he dropped them onto the floor by her feet.  California Law says that a person has been “served” when the Process Server and the person served meet face to face.
