Lindsay Lohan is due in court today for her Probation Hearing and it’s possible that she’ll be thrown in jail for violating the terms of her probation.  She’s been attending Alcohol Education classes and for the most part has stayed out of trouble since the SCRAM Incident after the MTV Movie Awards.

Update: Lindsay showed up EARLY to court and DRESSED APPROPRIATELY.  Wow.  They’re really pulling out all the stops this time.

She’s been required to attend alcohol education classes and there’s some debate as to whether she’s all the obligations set by the judge for those classes.  In particular the “required to attend at least once a week” part.

Also, her SCRAM alcohol detection bracelet did go off while she went Partying after the MTV Movie Awards.  Could this also hurt her case?
