Kim Zolciak is being accused of photoshopping her 4-year-old’s, Kaia, body on a picture posted on Instagram.

Kaia and her twin brother, Kane, are pictured in the photo. “Have you ever seen a cuter duo 😉🙈😍😍 @kaiabiermann @kanebiermann,” Zolciak captioned.
