Florence Welch Reveals First Book Release ‘Useless Magic’

Lead singer of Florence + the Machine, Florence Welch, has announced her debut book release, ‘Useless Magic.’ The book will feature poetry, original art, and take us behind Welch’s creative process.

Lead singer of Florence + the Machine, Florence Welch, has announced her debut book release, Useless Magic.

NME reports that the book will consist of lyrics and poetry and will include original art from the frontwoman’s sketchbook. The book also takes fans behind the writing process and inspiration for her songs.

Fig Tree Publishing Director Juliet Annan said of her book release:

I have long wanted to persuade Florence to write a book, and this will be a beautiful record of her songs, a glimpse of the ideas that have inspired them, and a first look at her poetry.”

Useless Magic will be in stores July 5, 2018.
