Justin Bieber’s new album, Changes, has released to not only high reception from fans, but his peers and other celebrities as well.

According to billboard, several of Bieber’s  celebrity friends took to social media, to congratulate the young artist on his first album release in five years. Many praised the new direction and sound Bieber chose to take, with the album leaning toward a more R&B groove. Demi Lovato was one of the fellow artists to congratulate Bieber, saying: “Proud of you @justinbieber — so much ‘fire emoji’ on this album.” Charlie Puth also joined the party, writing a lengthy post on Instagram.

“I don’t usually do this but here we go” Puth wrote. “#Changes by Justin Bieber is out now. I had nothing to do with this album, but I genuinely am a huge Justin Bieber fan,” he wrote. “I have been since 2009. In fact, his viral leap into superstardom as a result of YouTube is what inspired me to achieve the same. (Somewhere out there is a cringy cover of 18 year old me singing ‘Baby’.) The vocal production on this album is sick. (And I’m hard to impress.) It’s mixed impeccably and his voice has never sounded better. Justin congrats on your first album in four years, I know you’ve worked very hard on this.”
