Woman Sends “Exit Survey” To All Her Ex Boyfriends [PICS]

A woman has found a rather rude way, albeit hilarious, to break up with her boyfriends, AND get feedback about the relationship at the same time.

I’m laughing way too hard at this. And I have to admit, there are a couple people from my past that I’d love to send this survey to, to be totally honest. Though it’s always a bad idea, it does make for some good entertainment.

So Katie, when she wants to break up with someone, she sends the survey to them. This is a pretty low way to do it, but it’s certainly hilarious to read about. Nothing like being broken up with via text message or email, nevermind receiving an exit survey. In the survey, she asks things like “What is wrong with Katie,” and some other feedback-style things. How to improve service-style questions. There’s also a particularly funny one that basically asks “Would you like to stay on the mailing list?” Which basically means “are you open to starting this again if there’s nothing else out there?”

People are loving it:

Yes, it’s rude. Yes, it’s immature, and yes, I’d be angry if I received that. But there’s still a part of me that thinks it’s just funny. Maybe it really does lighten the heartbreak a little. Have you ever been broken up with in a similar way? Text message, email, or AOL Instant Message (throwback)?
