Taylor Swift is making some big changes to her historic home in Beverly Hills, possibly getting it move-in ready.

To review quickly, Taylor Swift bought the historic home built by film producer Samuel Goldwyn in 1934.
The home has become a designated historic landmark, and that means the city doesn’t take too kindly to modifications. Taylor has had to file a ton of paperwork, provide plans and reasons why for wanting to modify the house. By modify, she’s building a wall around the property that will block the view of the home from the street. However, since the walls won’t “impact the integrity” of the house, permission was granted, and she’s building herself a fortress.
Taylor has been living in her mansion in Rhode Island for the past few years, but we think that her adding these walls to the property in Beverly Hills might indicate a full-time relocation to Southern California, which makes us wonder if she’s planning to sell the Rhode Island place, or keep it as a vacation spot..
