With the onslaught of sexual harassment and assault cases coming to light, many are wondering why Woody Allen’s name has been muted. Before the stream of allegations even began, Allen has been known in Hollywood for his shady behavior.
There have also been many actors who have defended their choice in working with the director including Selena Gomez, Kate Winslet, and Diane Keaton, reports Nylon.
Allen was previously accused of sexual assault from his adoptive daughter, Dylan Farrow. Lead singer of Marina and the Diamonds, Marina Diamandis, took to Twitter to call out the director and actors who chose to work with him despite knowing about his actions.
