On Tuesday, Jan. 16, Justin Timberlake held a listening party for his upcoming album, Man of the Woods. Although held in the concrete jungle of New York, the party’s theme was more outdoorsy.
One of the more notable things about the party is the menu because… they served bugs. Really.

According to Spin, appetizers included “ants coated in black garlic and rose oil and grasshoppers.” Yum. Hey, at least they weren’t eating bugs straight up, though, right?
The whole theme of this party does, however, suggest that the rest of the album might be more of an Americana style. “Filthy” seemed closer to Timberlake’s older repertoire, but the rest might go a different route.
Timberlake is performing the halftime show at the Super Bowl this year on Feb. 4. Man of the Woods releases two days prior on Feb. 2.
