Jake Paul’s Housing Woes

According to TMZ, Goodrich alleges that Paul forged his signature in order to secure a rental property. For someone that worth millions, it might seem weird that Jake Paul needs a cosigner on his lease. However, Jake Paul has previously had issues with his housing situation.

Back in 2017, his neighbors complained that his house was a huge nuisance in their neighborhood. On top of lighting fires in his drained pool and holding dirt bike races around his home, he also fired a t-shirt cannon at a reporter and attacked the man’s news van, as described by the Hollywood Reporter. His annoying behavior almost lead his neighbors initiating a class-action lawsuit.

Max Goodrich Claims Fraud & Forged Signatures

In the legal documents Max Goodrich submitted, he claims he and Jake considered living together at a rental property. Goodrich eventually backed out and Paul decided to shack up with two other friends instead. However, Goodrich alleges that Paul forged Goodrich’s signature on the lease in order to take advantage of his high credit score. Even worse, Paul and his two friends completely trashed the property during their stay there.

Now, Goodrich wants money for housing fraud and he wants Paul to cover all damages the rental property incurred. For those wondering how much damage the house received, Jake Paul was previously hit with a $2.5 million lawsuit from the property owner…
