Remember the security guard who went viral for singing ‘Cruel Summer’ at the Eras Tour? He got fired!

According to this report, the security guard is named Calvin Decker and he didn’t get fired for the video that made him a viral star – he says he got fired for asking people in the crowd to take pictures of him while he was standing in front of Taylor. Apparently, the security company didn’t like him asking paying fans to take his picture and also they have “a rule prohibiting staffers from taking photos with performers” the article says. Well, he did say that he took the job mostly just to see the Eras Tour without paying for tickets – so it looks like he got what he wanted.
