Have you ever heard of a cookie causing controversy?
No? Well, there’s a first time for everything.
Donald Trump Jr. decided to pose alongside Ted Cruz with a giant cookie frosted with former-president Barack Obama caricature’s face on it.
This, however, drew immediate backlash as some critics have said it looks like a “racist minstrel show on a cake of Obama,” according to TMZ.

Stephan Courseau, who owns Le Bilboquet, the French eatery in Dallas where the photo op, has been upset.
Courseau has stated that his regular customers flooded him with calls and asking how he allowed this to happen.
He wasn’t at the private event and his manager left shortly before the cookie was brought out. However, Courseau told TMZ he’s disgusted and understands customers being angry.
