The Spice Girls Are Officially Reuniting For A Tour Next Year

The Spice Girls shared the announcement that they will be reuniting for a stadium tour in the U.K. next year, however, Victoria Beckham revealed she will not be joining the tour.

After months of speculation, an official announcement for a Spice Girls reunion tour has been made.

According to Entertainment Weekly, this tour will not be the world tour that was originally rumored. Instead, this tour will be a stadium tour exclusively in the U.K. 

The announcement revealed that Mel B (Scary Spice), Melanie C (Sporty Spice), Emma Bunton (Baby Spice), and Geri Halliwell (Ginger Spice) will all be reuniting for the tour. Unfortunately, Victoria Beckham (Posh Spice) has revealed that she will not be joining the girl group for the tour.

Beckham addressed the disappointing news in a statement. saying: “Being in the Spice Girls was a hugely important part of my life and I wish my girls so much love and fun as they go back on tour, I know they will put on an amazing show and the fantastic fans past and present are going to have a wonderful time!”

The tour is set to kick off June 1, 2019 at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester. The tour will then run through Coventry, Sunderland, Edinburgh, and Bristol before wrapping up the tour with a performance at Wembley Stadium in London.
