Selena Gomez is reportedly no longer in for treatment for her mental health.

According to Elle, Gomez was receiving treatment for anxiety and depression, before reportedly checking out of the facility. Sources claim that Gomez is out and “laying low”. It is still unclear if she has remained on the East Coast, close to her treatment facility, or if she returned to her home in L.A.

The singer was hospitalized twice this fall, after suffering from low white blood cell counts. After the health scare and a related panic attack, Gomez chose to enter a facility to help treat her depression and anxiety.

During her treatment, Gomez reportedly received dialectical behavior therapy. This treatment had previously helped her with past therapy visits, with her speaking positively about the experience. “DBT has completely changed my life,” Gomez explained. “I wish more people would talk about therapy. We girls, we’re taught to be almost too resilient, to be strong and sexy and cool and laid-back, the girl who’s down. We also need to feel allowed to fall apart.”
