Comedian Russell Brand pushed back some shows after his mom suffered injuries from a hit-and-run car accident.
Russell’s 71-year-old mother, Barbara, was taken to the hospital after the crash in Essex. She was riding in the actor’s chauffeur-driven limo which crashed with a Vauxhall Astra. The latter fled the scene after the accident.
According to the Sun, Barbara “was in pain” and “bleeding” on the scene before being taken away in a stretcher. Thankfully, neither the chauffeur nor Barbara are suffering any life-threatening injuries.
