A new, futuristic food delivery service like DoorDash and Postmates are coming to the 916 but instead of a person delivering your meal, a robot drops it off instead. It’s so true, according to KCRA, the City of Sacramento announced this NEW food delivery robots as part of a pilot program with company Kiwi Campus, Inc. – CRAZY right?!

This exciting new food delivery service plans to roll out in September or October with a 30 robot test run expected to last 6 to 12 months in Midtown with hopes the robots will help the environment, reduce traffic congestion, reduce noise and generate jobs in Sacramento.
