Today marks the final day of National Suicide Prevention Month.  Jacoby Shaddix from Papa Roach stopped by for a very candid conversation with us on the topic of mental health.  He shared with us from his own personal experiences how to keep on top of your own mental health.  Jacoby also has a new song called “Leave a Light On” with Carrie Underwood which helps raise awareness for mental health and suicide prevention and benefits the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
