Real Housewives of NYC star Luann de Lesseps might have to do some serious jail time…

According to TMZ, the reality star is facing three charges from her December attack on a cop last year.

While two of the charges, trespassing and disorderly intoxication, are misdemeanors, de Lesseps also has a felony count of resisting an officer with violence. If found guilty, she will face up to five years in jail.

However, it’s not all bad news; police are dropping two additional felony charges of corruption by threat.

Although she entered rehab following the attack, de Lesseps returned home after completing her stay on January 23rd.
