Kylie Jenner Trademarks ‘Rise And Shine’ [VIDEO]
Here comes the legal action to make money off her viral video!

It’s been a little over a week since Kylie woke up her daughter Stormi by singing “RIIISE AND SHIIINNEE” and NOW she’s trademarked the phrase!
TMZ.com says that Kylie’s people have filed for a trademark for “RIIISE AND SHIIINNEE” that would “cover belts, pants, coats, dresses, footwear, gloves, headbands, headwear, jackets, loungewear, scarves, sleepwear, socks, swimwear and undergarments … as well as cosmetics.”
The article also says that #RiseandShine “hit a billion views on TikTok earlier this week” and that Kylie is already selling clothes with the phrase and that they have all sold out!
You got to hand it to her – she knows how to make a buck!
