Jennifer Hudson drops 5 dress sizes!

WOW!
She looks FABULOUS… she did it by following Weight Watchers and working out with a trainer 5 times a week.
I, on the other hand, did 25 minutes on the treadmill yesterday… only to ruin my progress by eating an entire pint of Starbucks Frappuccino Chip ice cream. I almost cried when I saw the pint contained 4 – 250 calorie servings. I didn’t eat the last bite. So I devoured 975 of them. Ugh.
