Hero Damaged His Truck Rescuing Camp Fire Victims Gets A New One

Allyn Pierce Is A Hero

SacBee.com says that Allyn Pierce is a nurse and he helped evacuate the Paradise hospital he worked at. After leaving the hospital, he became trapped by burning debris in the road. A bulldozer came to clear the debris but Allyn turned around and drove through the flames, back to the hospital, to rescue more people who had arrived at the hospital.

His Toyota Truck Saved His Life But Was Really Damaged

Allyn made it out of the flames alive but his truck was toast! He posted pics of his Toyota truck after rescuing victims of the Camp Fire and it was burnt, melted and pretty tore up. You can see melted body panels, side mirrors, headlamps and tail lamps and deep burns on the doors.
