If you went to Burger King in the last two years and ordered its 2-for-1 Croissan’wich deal, you might be able to redeem some free Burger King due to a lawsuit settlement.

Earlier this year, a woman sued Burger King after she realized that she paid much less for a single Croissan’wich than she did when she used the BOGO coupon, reports Food Beast. While the settlement does not acknowledge that the fast food joint did anything wrong, this does mean that those who used that coupon may claim reimbursed money from Burger King.

Burger King released a statement specifying who is included in the settlement:

“You may be included in the settlement if, during October 1, 2015 and May 19, 2017 (the ‘Class Period’), you purchased two or more modified CROISSAN’WICH® breakfast sandwiches (without egg, cheese and/or a meat) from a BURGER KING® restaurant, redeemed a BOGO coupon in connection with the purchase, and paid more than the amount that restaurant was charging at the time for a single, unmodified, higher-priced Croissan’wich you ordered.”

The restaurant is giving $5 payments or $2 gift cards to those who qualify. You need to file a claim form on this website by Jan. 19, 2018 in order to receive the payout.

The court hearing for this case isn’t until April of next year. The reimbursement likely will not be sent out until after the court date.
