Remember Geoffrey Owens? The actor best known for his role as Elvin on The Cosby Show is now in the news for working at Trader Joe’s in between acting jobs.

Some are making fun of Owens, 57, while others are praising him for working without a big ego.

According to People Magazine, Owens took the job at Trader Joe’s 15 months ago because it allowed the “flexibility” to be in the entertainment business and get a steady paycheck.

There is light at the end of the tunnel for the actor! Tyler Perry has publicly reached out to give him his next acting gig! All’s well that ends well!
