Free Fitness Classes Will Be Offered In Midtown This Month

Free fitness classes? YES, please! The Midtown Association have teamed up with Fitness Rangers to bring you FREE Bootcamp classes during the month of August!

That’s right FREE fitness classes! Here’s what you know to know, the boot camp classes will be Saturday’s 9am-10am at different parks during the month of August that will transform your mind and body with a mixture of calisthenic exercises, body weight, interval training, and strength training with the guidance of the Fitness Ranger’s instructors according to their Instagram post!
