Here’s what you know to know, the boot camp classes will be Saturday’s 9am-10am at different parks during the month of August that will transform your mind and body with a mixture of calisthenic exercises, body weight, interval training, and strength training with the guidance of the Fitness Ranger’s instructors according to their Instagram post!
