Frank Ocean Offers Free Merch To Those Who Vote
It’s election day and social media is abuzz with posts encouraging everyone to vote. Frank Ocean took it one step further by offering free merch to voters!

Frank Ocean set up pop-up shops with free merch during the U.S. midterm elections to encourage people to vote.
The singer stated that he’d give out free gifts to fans who can prove that they voted. Unfortunately, there are no pop-ups set up in California, but the four states he chose have great significance.
“Locations were chosen in states to support specific candidates,” reads a message on Ocean’s Tumblr. “Stacey Abrams in Georgia, who if elected would be America’s first black female governor, Andrew Gillum in Florida, who would become the states first black governor and Beto O’Rourke who would be the first Democratic Senator in Texas in 24 years.”
What a great idea to get people out to the polls! We hope it’s successful in getting some more folks out there!
