Elton John Smacked In The Mouth With Beads During Performance [VIDEO]

When Elton John was performing in Las Vegas Wednesday night, he got an unlikely surprise during his show…

According to TMZ, someone threw Mardi Gras beads at the singer while he was singing “Saturday Night’s Alright for Fighting.”

Smacking him right in the mouth, the beads left John completely speechless and clearly annoyed. After checking his teeth and composing himself, John went on to finish the song.

So, how did this all happen?

TMZ is reporting that the singer had just invited the first row to come on stage with him, and one of those audience members was the bead thrower.

We’d have to guess that Elton John is probably not going to invite anyone on stage for a while now…
