Most kids dream of waking up to tons of new toys on Christmas morning but this little boy got snow pants and he was mad. He was so mad in fact, that he called 911 to report the gift!

HuffingtonPost.com says that 7-year old was so upset that Santa brought him new snow pants that he picked up the phone and called 911! The article says: “the unidentified boy made the call on Christmas Day because he was upset with his gift and wanted police to help.”

The officers determined that the call was not an emergency and no officers were sent to the home.

It’s uncertain if the child will face any charges for the call. Officials say that the incident is a “teachable moment” as all calls to emergency services are treated as emergency calls and take value time and resources to process.
