49er Quarterback, Brock Purdy, Splits Rent with Roommate in Expensive San Francisco

We all know the cost of living is sky high these days and rent is ridiculous. We wouldn’t think a professional NFL player would feel the financial burden of the cost of rent but it turns out San Francisco 49ers Quarterback, Brock Purdy, is all about saving pennies like the rest of us.
Brock Purdy, who was the last to be drafted in the 2022 NFL Draft, revealed that he is roommates with his teammate, offensive lineman Nick Zakelj. Together they split that expensive Bay Area rent. Reportedly, Purdy earned $870,000 for his rookie year. During an interview with the Today Show Purdy said “I still drive my Toyota Sequoia. And other than that, it’s pretty simple”
Purdy won’t be able to split the rent for long as he is engaged to his college sweetheart, Jenna Brandt.
