Sacha Baron Cohen has been drawing both praise and criticism for his new show, Who Is America. While many of the guests he pranked on his show were political figures, his final episode featured someone much more notorious: O.J. Simpson.

According to TMZ, Cohen disguised himself as an Italian playboy named Gio Monaldo for the scene. Things started off as awkward as possible, as Cohen introduces his ‘girlfriend’ who doesn’t know who O.J. Simpson is. After describing him as a football player and an actor, she pretends to only remember him after Cohen makes stabbing gestures toward her.

Unsurprisingly, things only got more uncomfortable from there. Simpson and ‘Monaldo’ then went through an exchange surrounding the death of Simpson’s ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson. Cohen repeatedly cracked jokes about wanting to kill his girlfriend because she annoyed him too much. Cohen even tried to get Simpson to admit to killing his wife, although the former football played denied it.
