Harvey Weinstein Pleads Not Guilty To Rape Charges

Ugh. Looks like Harvey Weinstein won’t be owning up to his alleged criminal activity. E! News reports the Hollywood producer, who was accused of a range of sexual misconduct, pleaded not guilty yesterday in NYC to charges of rape in the 1st and 3rd degrees and criminal sexual act in the 1st degree.

According to the District Attorney’s office, the incident took place in 2013 while the criminal sexual act is dated to 2004. The next hearing was set for July 15 and another for August 27. He’ll be required to attend court on September 20.
