Ok, um. I’m quitting my dream job to work at In N Out, and I’ve got a good reason why. MONEY confirms the West Coast burger chain pays their managers $160,000! I’ve always heard they pay well but I didn’t know THAT well. Denny Warnick, the vice president of operations at In-N-Out, said they go above and beyond for employees to ensure quality service. (What a concept!)
Not manager material? No problem. Employees start around $13 per hour. They’re also offered 401(k) plans, paid time off, healthcare plans and employee discounts, including FREE BURGERS. How are we not all working for them?!! This sounds well worth coming home smelling like grease everyday. And even though they expect you to really work for the money, how hard can it be?
