This story makes my heart smile.
Max is 25 years old and mentally disabled. His sister wrote in a post that’s now gone viral.
“Max, is 25 years old and mentally about a five year old. He’s mentally and physically disabled and the only thing he wants for Christmas is a Blue Police Hummer truck, made in 2000.”
See the problem is, the family has been getting him this truck for the past 17 years from people who have it listed on eBay. Tonka no longer sells the truck and they have purchased all the ones on eBay. A reddit user found one on eBay and sent it to the family but then Tonka got wind of the story, swooped in and saved the day. Check out their response on Facebook!

Now THAT is customer service. They went above and beyond to not only find the toy, but to find the man looking for his favorite truck.
