‘The Bachelor’ Senior Citizen Spinoff May Still Happen!

Yes, you read that RIGHT! There is talk of a spin off of many other “The Bachelor/Bachelorette” spin offs, that will have seniors finding love! According to Variety, before the Coronavirus, there was talk about “casting seniors looking for love.” Casting calls were made and promotions ran, but everything, including the ‘The Bachelor,’ came to a halt.
Rob Mills, ABC’s top unscripted executive said this would be done a different way since the participants are in different parts of their lives compared to a regular bachelor participant. “It’s everything you love about ‘The Bachelor,’ but everybody loves senior citizens because they have different love stories to talk about,” Mills says. “It was really fascinating, so I have no doubt it will happen some day.”
