Selena Gomez said that she plans to take some time away from music in order to focus more on acting. A happy medium? Bollywood films!
The Indo-Asian News Service asked the 26-year-old if she had any interest in doing a Bollywood movie in a recent interview. “I’ve never been asked that!” she responded. “Why not? I think that would be beautiful.”

According to Music-News, Gomez also went on to say that she’s planning on doing more films moving forward. “My heart has always been in acting, but music has been extremely dominating in my life and I am grateful for both…,” she said. “I love both, but I would like to be more in acting.”
As the “Back to You” singer got her start in acting, that certainly makes sense. In fact, Gomez has a couple of movies slated to release next year. She’ll be in both The Dead Don’t Die and The Voyage of Doctor Dolittle.
