SFGate.com says that the mural was painted by an artist from Argentina named Cobre and that it took him six days to complete! He told the article why he wanted to paint the legendary actor:

“I decided to make Robin’s mural because we love him here in Argentina. He was there all my childhood and I always thought he was an amazing person and artist. Then I heard that you guys love him too in his hometown.”

We love him here in Sacramento, too! Can we get a mural Cobre? To see more pics of the mural, CLICK HERE
