Sacramento County Hiring Hundreds of Census Workers

Sacramento County needs to hire hundreds of people for the upcoming census and some of the jobs pays $22/hour!

The upcoming 2020 census is creating hundreds of jobs here in Sacramento County! See how to apply for a census job below, (some of the positions pay $22 an hour!)

KCRA.com says that people won’t be filling out forms for the upcoming census but filling out their information online and if they don’t, census workers will have to visit them at home. This is creating hundreds of temporary jobs in our area.

What do you need to qualify for a census job?

From the census website:

“We are hiring for a variety of temporary jobs, including census takers, recruiting assistants, office staff, and supervisory staff. To be eligible, you must be at least 18 years old, have a valid Social Security number, and be a U.S. citizen.”
