Post Malone is currently on board a flight that is getting ready to make an emergency landing…
According to TMZ, Malone is on a plane that blew two of its tires out during takeoff earlier today. He and his team were flying out from Teterboro Airport in New Jersey to London when the incident happened. Following the blowout, the pilot of the private plane circled above the airport while waiting for clearance to attempt a landing.
TMZ received audio from the air traffic controllers involved, and the pilot makes it clear they are missing tires. He also made it clear that their are 15 other people besides Malone on the flight.
A source revealed that the air traffic controllers are advising the pilot to fly to Massachusetts in order to burn more fuel. This could help make an a crash landing even safer as it decreases the chance of an explosion on impact. However, the plane reportedly needs to burn 3,700 more gallons of fuel to reach the right level.

Video captured at Teterboro Airport shows that emergency crews are ready if the plane tries to land there. However, it does appear that the plane will not, and they’re likely following the ATC’s advice to burn fuel.
We wish the best to Post Malone and all the others on the flight.
