Yahoo health posted a story of the worst fast food choices you could make. Here it is so that you can make the better choice. Now even though fast food is not healthy for you there are always things on the menu you should avoid.Click for more… First we have Seafood, the worst seafood goes to the Long John Silver Fish Combo Basket it has 750 calories, 42 g fat and 1930 mg of sodium. Instead of this meal if you want the fish go for Long John’s Grilled Salmon Platter with 380 calories, 8 g fat and 1270 mg sodium. The worst Chicken goes to Dariy Queen’s chicken strip basket with 1640 calories, 74 g fat and 3690 mg sodium. Instead get down with Grilled Chicken Wrap and an All-Beef Hot Dog with 490 calories, 30 g fat and 1350 mg sodium. When it comes to the Burger folks please put that Wendy’s Triple Baconator Combo Meal down. It’s packing 1,850 calories, 106 g fat and 2,790 mg sodium. The better way to go is the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and Small Chili which is sporting 540 calories, 23 g fat and 1,520 mg sodium. Last but not least the worst pizza goes to Domino’s Chicken Carbonara Breadbowl Pasta with 2,960 calories, 114 g fat and 4,440 mg sodium. Instead of all that go for a Hand Tossed Pizza with Grilled Chicken, Green Peppers, and Shredded Parmesan Cheese which only has 300 calories, 6 g fat and 500 mg sodium. Now that is a tasty way to get some fast food and not feel as bad about the unhealthy part of that action.
