New reports have released about the next Jurassic Park film, revealing some cast additions for the new movie.
According to Buzzfeed, the three stars of 1993’s Jurassic Park, Laura Dern, Sam Neill, and Jeff Goldblum, will reportedly appear in the next film. News of this casting came from Dern herself, during a screening for the special Jurassic Park short film, Battle at Big Rock. This film will mark the first time that all three actors have appeared together in a film, since the original movie. During the announcement, Dern voiced her excitement for the film. “I love dinosaurs. I love that you love them like we do,” Dern said during the announcement.
These roles will also reportedly be “major roles”, as opposed to just cameo roles. In the past, both Neill and Dern appeared in the first and third films in the franchise, while Goldblum appeared in the first, second and 2018 film, Fallen Kingdom.
