Mischa Barton Denies Crashing U-Haul Into Building Despite Video Evidence

Back in 2017, Mischa Barton was in hot water after she crashed a U-Haul into an apartment building. Surprisingly though, the actress is now denying that ever happened…
TMZ is reporting that the homeowners’ association at The Park Wellington Condos is suing Barton for the crash. They want $27,000 in damages after she slammed into the roof of the building’s carport with the large truck.
The actress, however, is officially denying any involvement in the January crash. Unfortunately for Barton, she’s going to have an uphill battle trying to deny these charges.
First off, she was named in the police report as the driver of the U-Haul during the crash. Perhaps even more damaging to her story, though, is that there’s video of the incident that definitely makes it look like Barton was the driver.
While it’s common in civil cases to completely deny involvement, we’re not quite sure how well that’s going to work here…
