Manicurist Shows How To Remove Gel Nails At Home [VIDEO]

With beauty salons and services temporarily shuttered as the coronavirus outbreak rages on across the world, it’s likely that your nails need some TLC. Taking off your gel manicure only takes a few steps and tools.

In the video below, you’ll see how simple it is. Start by buffing off the top coat of each polished nail before swaddling it in an acetone-soaked cotton wad and a foil wrap. About 10 minutes later, the gel is ready to gently scrape off, and the manicurist finishes up with a swipe of hydrating oil.
