Twitter wants to know why Mac Miller wasn’t in the 2018 Emmys in memoriam last night, Sept. 17.
As usual, the Television Academy honored entertainers we lost this past year during the program. According to PEOPLE, Anthony Bourdain, Aretha Franklin, Burt Reynolds, and Senator John McCain were among those included. However, viewers certainly noticed Miller’s exclusion.
The rapper died on Sept. 7 at age 26. Many took to Twitter to express their disappointment. “Mac Miller wasn’t worth mentioning?” Wow,” one user wrote, “Hollywood is trash.”
