Lady Gaga had to cancel several shows earlier this year due to her fibromyalgia, a condition which causes chronic pain.

She addressed those who don’t believe in her disorder, saying:

“To anyone that doesn’t believe in fibromyalgia: I dare you to spend five minutes in my body on a day when I’m in pain, and then try and say it again.”

She also confirmed with Variety that she’s back in the studio working on her sixth studio album. “I’m just always making music. I’ve always been that way and I think you see in ‘Five Foot Two’ [her documentary] that I’m a studio rat.”

This is a huge year for the singer, as she’s making her movie debut in A Star is Born, and kicking off a Las Vegas residency.
