Kesha is back on her feet (with the help of crutches) after having knee surgery to repair her A.C.L. See the pics…

TheBlast.com says that Kesha tore her A.C.L. after falling during a performance in Dubai last month. She went through surgery to repair the damage and she’s up and walking with crutches NOW!

Kesha had to postpone her tour to recover from the surgery and it’s not known when she’ll be resuming the tour – but the good news is that it looks like she’s getting better!
