Kanye West appears to be taking a break from music so he can take on the literary world instead.
According to The Shade Room, the rapper recently interviewed with the Hollywood Reporter on his future.
During the interview, West revealed he’s working on a book of philosophy called “Break The Simulation.”
The work will focus on modern society’s obsession with trends, and Kanye further explained:
“I’ve got a concept about photographs… because it takes you out of the now and transports you into the past or transports you into the future. It can be used to document, but a lot of times it overtakes [people].”
He also added:
“A designer told me that my wife was a master of light and I was a master of time.”
While we aren’t quite sure what that means, it seems to have had a major effect on West.
