After the monumental success of Big Bang Theory, and the news that the show will finally be ending, Kaley Cuoco is expressing her regret that the show will soon be over.
According to Insider, the hit CBS show will be ending its run this spring. After 12 seasons, Cuoco and many of the other actors have expressed both their excitement and sadness that the end is near. However, a recent interview with Cuoco revealed that she may not be quite ready to leave the show after all. In the interview, she said:
“I don’t wanna leave either. Everyone’s saying the same thing. It’s so sweet…12 years. I don’t wanna leave, I don’t wanna leave. I said it. I don’t wanna leave!”
With the iconic series coming to its end, Cuoco and her co-stars are left to decide what comes next in their careers. Some speculation has circled about if the series will be gone for good or not. Creator Chuck Lorre could convince the cast to return for more, in the form of series specials or limited runs of episodes. Cuoco herself expressed interest in this idea in another interview. She said, “Everyone’s doing rebooting. We might as well do it in, like, a year! . . . I’m fine with that.”
