A man filed a lawsuit against Justin Bieber for using racial slurs during a street fight.
Tobias Cannon, a Las Vegas businessman, claims that the “Sorry” singer threw out “N” word as a form of humiliation. The Blast reports Cannon’s legal team sent out a statement saying:
“Justin Bieber has a history of inappropriate behavior. Mr. Bieber’s celebrity does not give him a license to use the ‘N’ word.”

Scooter Braun, Bieber’s manager, alleges that this lawsuit is a publicity stunt. However, Cannon’s lawyer dismissed that claim. He further said: “This lawsuit was not filed for publicity. If that was the case, it would have been filed at the time the assault was first reported.”
