‘Judgement Free Zone’ Doesn’t Mean You Can Work Out Naked

It’s never ok to be the person who strips down totally naked at the gym and starts doing yoga in front of everyone.

A man was arrested after stripping down to nothing and starting his workout. Problem was, he was at a public gym, and there were plenty of other people there too.

The charges against the man include indecent exposure and disorderly conduct. Reports say that the man even started doing yoga after he finished exercising. I can only imagine that he was using some of the equipment, which really makes us want to use a little extra cleaning spray on them next time. Despite being a judgement-free zone, some people judged him and called the police. Police arrived, and as the naked guy was being arrested he actually cited that slogan.

The naked man was released on bail, but awaits his court date set for September. We think he’ll be judged pretty harshly there. Moral of the story, don’t strip naked in public. People may or may not judge, but it’s definitely illegal. Check out a little more info here. What’s the weirdest thing you’ve seen at your gym?
