John Stamos – It’s A Boy!
John Stamos and Caitlin McHugh welcomed their baby into the world yesterday, April 15th, and it’s a boy named after John’s father.

First time dad John Stamos and his lovely wife Caitlin McHugh had their baby over the weekend – and it’s a boy! It happened last night actually, and John shared a picture immediately. In the picture, you can see John’s new son (named Billy) on his chest with his little hand wrapped around John’s finger:
Billy Stamos is named after John’s father, Bill. John says that he “doesn’t think he can live up to the dad his own father was,” though we think he’ll do just fine. John of course has a lot of “TV experience” with babies, and he joked that he’ll “probably just do all that stuff,” meaning the things he did on TV. Here’s the full quote – “I’ll be a fun dad… I’ve been practicing for a long time. I’ve done every schtick you can do with a baby on TV … all the bits and jokes and diaper gags. I’ll probably just do all that stuff.” That will probably be a fun house for sure. John is 54 years old, and this is his first child. Just a few years ago he was worried that he might never have children. Then he met Caitlin McHugh, and she became pregnant this past December. In February, they had a Disneyland wedding, and yesterday, welcomed their son into the world.
