Joe Jackson is currently in the hospital with terminal cancer, and family sources have revealed that he has been secretly battling the illness for some time.

Joe Jackson, the controversial patriarch in the Jackson family, is currently in the hospital with severe health issues.
According to TMZ, Jackson is going through the final stages of terminal cancer.
While Jackson has been battling the disease for awhile, it appears the family didn’t want to make it public. However, they have all come together to support him as he keeps fighting. Family sources are revealing that his wife, Katherine Jackson, has been spending time at his bedside recently. His children and grandchildren have also been making trips to the hospital to see him.
It’s unclear how much time Joe Jackson has left, but doctors confirmed that his cancer cannot be treated further.

Jackson is 89-years-old and has been battling a serious of health issues in recent months. TMZ reported in May that he was suffering from a very high fever that lead to a hospitalization.
